Some of the staff members were not very polite or friendly. We had to deal with long wait times and impolite responses from the receptionist. Additionally, the noise levels from the street below were quite high and disrupted our sleep throughout the night. the hotel was okay for the price, but there were some drawbacks that made our romantic escape a bit less enjoyable.
